Fair. Front and back covers have ripples/waves coming from the spine along the entire length extending horizontally across most of the width. The ripples are not in the book itself even though it looks that way; they’re just on the covers (see photos). Also, the title page’s inner spine edge is glued for 1/4" for the entire length of the book, thereby making the width of that page a bit shorter when you open the front cover. Otherwise, the book would be good with minimum wear.

Back cover has the same type of deep crease, again running for its entire length, along with a few other deep creases here and there. Other normal wear, such as mild abrasions to spine, a little dog-earing on covers, mild rubbing on covers, and mild yellowing overall. Binding seems to be strong, and pages are clean.
