Please add a note to your order at checkout specifying the name you would like on the item. This product is shipped with the lid assembled. Completing assembly of the box and attaching the lid is easy.Since we manufacture all Little Colorado products in our own facility they start out as raw wood plywood or MDF. We can offer every piece unfinished at lower prices if you would prefer to stain or paint it yourself.
