The set comes with 4 storage containers that are a perfect way to store your burgers in the fridge or freezer prior to cooking. (Please note that the storage containers will only hold up to a ¾ inch thick burger.)

Make perfectly formed burgers 3 ½ inches in diameter. The press compresses the meat so that it doesn’t crumble and fall apart while cooking.
The press can be used with ground beef for regular hamburgers. Try using ground chicken, ground pork or ground sausage meat for more tasty treats.
You can make burgers in various sizes and thicknesses. In general, a 2 oz burger is 3/8 inch thick. A 4 oz (“quarter pounder”) is ¾ inch thick. 6 oz makes a 1 1/8 inch thick burger and 8 oz (half pound) makes a 1 ½ inch thick burger. Thicknesses will vary slightly depending on the type of meat used.
