EARLY BENSDORP CACAO TIN
This tin is a beautiful cocoa tin from Amsterdam.
It has a separate lid with the cut edge rather than the later rolled edge.
The graphics on one side depicts a woman in Dutch costume drinking cocoa.
The other sides depict scenes of a city, presumably from the city of Bensdorp, including a horbor scene.
Amsterdam.
The tin
measures 3-5/8" tall  X 2-1/8" square.
It is made of the old dark tin with painted lithographs on a mostly blue ground.
A great decorative accent piece for your kitchen or country store!
