    "The Tugboat Texaco Havoline was built in 1946 to serve Texaco's operations in Port Arthur, Texas.  The tug worked out of the company's Port Arthur terminal helping to dock large oil tankers and towing barges full of refined oil and gasoline.  The powerful sturdy ship measured 96 feet in length by 24 feet beam and was powered by a diesel engine at 1200 brake horsepower.  The Texaco Havoline was built to the highest specifications of its day."
